Experienced Tree Climber & Lift Operator Wanted

Location: Butte County, California 

Position: Part/Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for highly skilled and experienced Tree Climbers and Lift Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the tree care industry, with a strong emphasis on safety and a commitment to providing high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently perform various tree care tasks, including climbing, pruning, removals, and cabling.
• Operate aerial lifts and other tree care equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform thorough site assessments and risk assessments before each job.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices in tree care.
• Maintain and care for all equipment and tools.
• Work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the tree care industry.
• Proven experience in tree climbing and aerial lift operation.
• ISA Certified Arborist (preferred but not required).
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
