Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Tree Service Technician to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in the care and maintenance of trees, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional tree care services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections to assess the health and condition of trees, diagnosing issues and recommending appropriate treatments.
- Perform tree care tasks, including pruning, trimming, fertilizing, and planting, with a focus on promoting tree health and longevity.
- Collaborate with team members to execute efficient and safe tree removal, branch trimming, and overall tree maintenance operations.
- Operate specialized equipment, such as chainsaws, chippers, and stump grinders, in adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, both for the team and the environment, while upholding industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the field of tree care and maintenance, with a deep understanding of arboriculture practices.
- Proficiency in the operation of tree care equipment and tools, with a strong emphasis on safety and precision.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment, demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Certification as an Arborist or Tree Care Safety Professional (TCSP) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
